E-commerce Manager
Our website is our biggest channel, the most direct lever we have on revenue, and nobody owns it end to end yet. That's the opportunity: full control over on-site growth at a profitable, fast-scaling B2C hardware brand that's already selling 200,000+ units in 155 countries and growing 38% year over year.
We're hiring an E-commerce Manager to take that ownership: one person driving on-site revenue and day-to-day store operations, turning the site into the growth engine it's capable of being.
What you'll do
Run the store day to day: site hygiene, content accuracy, incident and bug triage, QA
Own the numbers that matter: conversion, AOV, revenue per session, merchandising performance
Build and maintain our product pages, collections, bundles, onsite search and navigation
Plan and QA every campaign and promo launch
Run a prioritized CRO and merchandising backlog, with clear owners and clear ETAs, not a wishlist
Work closely with traffic, CRM, creative and tech
You will report to the Head of B2C and work closely with him to be involved in developing our strategy and way forward.
What you should bring
Experience e-commerce operations and woocommerce
A track record of spotting the low-hanging fruit and shipping it, while still running and scaling what already works
Decisions driven by KPIs, comfortable owning a scorecard instead of just watching one
Speed without sacrificing QA, you don't trade one for the other
Strong cross-functional coordination across marketing, tech and operations
Bonus points if you've worked in international e-commerce, have a CRO or experimentation background, know your way around analytics and tracking (events, attribution, QA), or are comfortable with kanban/scrum and Looker Studio.
What we can offer you
A paycheck. Obviously.
Equity
Full ownership of the on-site funnel, not a slice of it
A brand that's going somewhere, with a genuine international B2C scale-out story
A seat close to the Head of B2C, with direct say in roadmap and priorities
A brand that's going somewhere, launching new SKUs and new markets
A role with real influence on how we scale globally
