Head of Supply Chain & Logistics
Something is always mid-journey for us right now: a piece of connected hardware coming off the line, a Handy on the last mile to someone's front door in one of 155 countries. We're on our own journey too: profitable, growing 38% year over year, 200,000+ units sold worldwide, and scaling into new SKUs and new markets faster than most companies our size get the chance to. Right now nobody owns that product journey start to finish. That's the job.
We're scaling our SKU set and pushing hard into the US, so we need one person who owns supply chain end to end: production planning, OEM/ODM relationships, logistics, compliance, the works.
What you'll do
There isn’t a playbook waiting for you. Part of the job will be building it and shaping how this department will look in the future. As the first person in this function, you'll be expected to be very operational. You will -
Plan production with our factories, working off real sales forecasts, not guesswork
Be the first call for our OEM/ODM partners and logistics vendors
Keep 3PL/4PL and warehouse performance humming across markets
Own compliance across the EU, US, UK and APAC (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, GPSR, UKCA), so nothing gets stuck at customs
Pick and roll out our next ERP/WMS system
Run the bigger projects too: new warehouse launches, onboarding dropshipping partners
You'll report to our CFO, have plenty of room to grow, and work closely with Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Engineering. The goals are clear: is stuff in stock, compliant, and not costing us more than it should.
What you should bring
Experience running global supply chain or logistics for consumer products, ideally electronics or hardware
Real experience managing OEM/ODM factory relationships and negotiating with them
A solid handle on compliance across markets (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, GPSR, UKCA)
Experience running 3PL/4PL and warehouse operations across the EU and US
A track record leading cross-functional projects (ERP/WMS rollouts, warehouse launches) in a lean team
Bonus points if you've onboarded dropshipping partners before, don't mind APAC hours and the odd factory trip, or have worked with vendors who handle QC.
What we can offer you
A paycheck. Obviously.
Equity
Full ownership of supply chain, start to finish
A brand that's going somewhere, launching new SKUs and new markets
A role with real influence on how we scale globally
Location: Oslo, Norway - We’re open to remote in the EU timezone.
Some travel will be required.
